Welcome to the website of the dutch charity foundation Kinderen in Ontwikkeling, which translates into english as "Kids in Development". This charity was founded in december 2005 and aims to help children in developing countries to learn how to be selfsupporting and to give them a chance to make their own future better.

The first project that we support is an orphanage in Ghana, the Save Our Lives orphanage in Agroyesum (a little village about 60 km from Kumasi). At the moment circa 52 children (in the age of 0 to 18 years old) are under the care of Save Our Lives.

Kinderen in Ontwikkeling has a dutch website, that provides more information about both the foundation and the orphanage, including background stories, news and photo's.
